ginger steps.

today's mother's day so i'm wishing my dearest mummy a very super happy mother's day :D :D :D i can never thank you enough for all the cooking washing cleaning ironing shopping scolding nagging hugging snuggling, and most of all, for simply being here for me. i know this is probably gonna appear on a million kids' cards for their mums today, but i just wanna say i wouldn't be the me now if not for you.

and so i folded a heart for mum, a very useful skill i picked up from elvina at cip last year haha. wanted to get her flowers but the florist at white sands is closed down for the moment, which is really saddening. i used to buy a carnation and a gerbera from there every year for mother's day. lol i know the gerbera's kind of no link but it's my favourite flower from the shop and don't you agree it's such a cheerful flower, just like daisies but larger and prettier than daisies.

hm let's see what i did this week. badminton for pe on monday and tennis on wednesday, and they were really tiring i swear. i felt like i just had trainings after the games, and for both times i overslept the next morning. that shows how lousy my stamina is now, thanks to all studying and no training x( played badminton with the class girls and then with eme marie and audrey. eme and i made a great pair, we cheered for ourselves every time we scored a point, or lost a point :p alright that's the spirit man, true sportswomanship :D and tennis was done with lisa, we were definitely no gu-niangs on court (: and you could hear ely and daphne shouting at each other on the other side lol damn hilarious! i love post-napfa pe lessons (:

bio spa on friday wasn't very smooth-sailing for me but it did turn out ok in the end so i should be glad. at least now i don't have any spa left! bliss.

watched the movie windtalker on tv last night, my parents said it's a very old movie cos they remembered watching it many years back. nicolas cage added colours to the movie but anyway that's beside the point. the movie's about the us vs the jap during ww2 and all the killing and fighting scenes left me quite flabbergasted. and dad said i should watch more stuff like this so that i can stop living in my ideal world of fantasy cos life is harsh and only the fittest survive.

and puiyee's right. what's with all the insecure stuff? don't i always have faith in my friends? hehe thanks everyone.
