saturday was puiyee's birthday and today is shiyi's!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHIYI!
yesterday we went parkway to buy foodstuff to bring over to zixian's house for lunch. and then we watched the dvd of 200 pounds beauty. puiyee said a guy friend of hers actually cried in the cinema when he watched it, and all the time we were wondering exactly which part did he cry at, cos the movie was such a hilarious one. by the end of the movie, we both had cried. heh. though we thought the movie actually promoted plastic surgery to a slight extent, it was very very touching really x)
and then we celebrated the birthday girls' birthdays! wanted to get them a proper cake but they insisted on some $2 puffy cake from giant. and i stupidly let them be, stupid stupid me!

and i still think zixian's living room has got the bestest view among all the houses that i've been to. sky sea forest highway. and opposite her condo on the other side of the road, dunman high's under renovation. the building's starting to look old already, but still ever so familiar (:
things come and things go but somehow things never really seem to have changed much when i'm around these girls. and zixian pointed out that if we are to talk about days in sec1, that would be 5 YES FIVE years ago. hohum.
had dinner on friday night at lau pa sat with some 4h people. we ordered satays and lotsa other stuff together, and the carrot cake i ordered was kinda horrible ): then we walked along singapore river and behaved stupidly and blah blah and blah blah and we ended up at the cinema in suntec watching shrek3. xunyong was sitting beside me and we had a good time laughing together at donkey's ugly babies and the bimbotic princesses HAHA. then on the train back home jingru told me that she could still remember me telling her in sec4 that i would wanna find my the-boy in jc but only be together with him after a's and we can get into the same uni together. lol! i seriously seriously don't remember saying that. but now i think about it, maybe sometimes i do think very idealistically heh.
