happy birthday eme rainbow!

we celebrated for her last week by having a food trail at chinatown! ok la although we called it a food trail, we really didn't walk a lot. but we ate so much and the food was so all good xD xD and the guys treated to all of them xD xD i realise i do miss singapore's food a lot actually haha.

anyway we actually celebrated three people's birthdays lol, junyang's eme's and mine. sang the birthday song three times at mac. and i was trying to imagine chris and leonard helping to get presents for three people at the same time hahaha.

it's eme's birthday but i only have photos of my own presents to show lol :p

they made me piece the jigsaw puzzle on the spot. i used 17 minutes to piece the 60 pieces. leonard said that's 17 sec/piece, cos one minute has 60 seconds and since there're 60 pieces then, you know. he and his pro maths hahaha.

junyang and shushan brought back postcards for me from their taiwan trip with the medicine people. i can only show the first one cos they are stapled together in a booklet. but i swear they're among the most amazing postcards that i've seen in my life (: (:

chris wrote for me that The most beautiful discovery true friends make is that they can grow separately without growing apart. very meaningful and very true indeed (:

had dinner and dessert at bugis last night with serene jen jamie and bijun. we had so much fun and so much laughter together (: but all of them aren't staying in hall anymore next sem, hai. in fact so many of my hall friends aren't staying. what is hall going to be like without them. i think next sem i can be a hermit crab and bury myself among the books every night, which may not be too bad after all, heh.

oh by the way, ghosts of girlfriends past is a good movie, go and watch! but it seems like everyone else thinks it was just so-so. but i cried pretty much during the movie, hahaha that's quite embarrassing. and the last time i cried this much during a movie was probably a long time ago. hah that probably also shows that i haven't been visiting the cinema often enough. anyway, two movies that i'm SO not going to miss:

hp6 is a NEED. while the proposal is a STRONG want. lol.

i'm meeting shiyi after lunch! :D then at night i'm going to the art museum with dad and mum. last week we went to asian civilisation museum and the stuff on exhibition were fascinating. the museum is really a coolio place ok (: though i failed to bring that across in my gp essay during prelims :p
