ginger steps.

i have a very very deep unexplainable fondness for the library and the airport. which is probably why i normally keep those places for the most special friends/people.

because the library is where you can sit down together, each reading a book of your own choice and not talking to each other for hours, and still feel like you're having the greatest company in the world.
while the airport is where you can observe people around you being their truest selves. be it the misery of sending a loved one off, the eager and anticipation and overwhelming joy of finally receiving someone, or the uncertainty about what a new place has yet to offer you. watching these people makes me discover that despite being very very different in many many ways, everyone is actually similar in one way, and that is we all have a heart full of feelings for the important ones in our lives.
