hello! my much needed weekend is finally here. the only time that i can do my own stuff for the entire day, and skype without worrying about time difference, and yes, do some proper update. (:

so anghee came coventry to find me last friday, and then we went to london over the weekend where we met matthew and mumu. on saturday we went to camden market and hyde park, and then did some shopping and had kfc family meal for dinner at oxford street. yay we're family, hahaha. sunday 2am was when the daylight saving system for the year ended, so that night we all had an extra hour of sleep which was awesomeee :D but because the clock got pushed back by an hour, now the sun seems to set a lot earlier. ):

on sunday morning mumu heehee (lol act-cute names :p) and i went to watch the change of guards at buckingham palace, but the place was crazily crowded. like absolutely crazy. didn't get to see much except maybe the marching in and marching out of the band. green park was lovely though, and so was british museum. ((:

the two of them were asking me why i love british museum so much, or why do i just like museums so much in general. i have no idea either, but i guess it's a thing since young. mum was an arts student in college, arts as in drawing and painting, not humanities and social sciences lol. hence she loves going to all kinds of museums which display arts pieces, and each time dad would accompany her and they would actually really discuss about the arts pieces that they come across, even though dad was an engineering student lol. so i told mumu and heehee that i always thought that my boyfriend/husband must be someone who is able to visit museums with me. because it tells me a lot about whether this guy knows when he needs to keep quiet and observe and think.

anyway, by the time we came out from british museum it was already almost 4pm, so we settled our very late lunch at this korean restaurant. kimchi yum yum x) and then mumu and heehee so very nicely accompanied me to find lse so that i could finally take a photo with that school. sigh bittersweet feelings. (: and then we made our ways home.

monday morning was the first time that heehee finally got to see how warwick looks like in daylight lol. i brought her on a tour around the campus, and she really seemed to love it :D she kept on telling me that i'm so fortunate to study in a school like that, and then i really did feel a lot more fortunate. i guess we all need people to remind us how fortunate we are. (:

the rest of the week has been good. last night yuanyu cuishan and i celebrated wangxi's birthday. the birthday girl was extremely happy and everyone else enjoyed themselves too, which was really great. ((:

school has been fine, or maybe not so fine. because the lectures are getting tougher each week, and so are the tutorials. and i'm still in my very lethargic mode, which is really really bad. i told myself that i need to learn my lesson from nbs and to start early instead of pushing everything to two weeks before exams, but so far i haven't really been keeping my promise. i seriously need to do something abut it.
