but one thing that will never change, every year's mooncake festival only makes me miss my relatives even more. so people out there who have your grandfathers and grandmothers and aunts and uncles and cousins all here on the same island as you, you are a bunch of damn fortunate people so don't complain (: sms-ed er ge to wish him happy mooncake festival. i realised what a wonderful device sms is after he messaged me all the way from the foot of mount everest, teehee!
watched the banquet with dad and mum last night. it's a great movie, just that some parts are too bloody and violent for me and i just chose to cover my eyes throughout those parts. i was whining to dad that the movie is nc16, and he asked me back how old are you? hohum.

alan's on newspaper. i should have known all along that he'll become this successful. but what shocked me more is about his mum. not that we are close enough for him to tell me about his mum. but sometimes i'm really touched by how some friends remain cheerful and optimistic in life.by the way, zixian's going taiwan today with her mum till next thursday cos all her papers are already over. this girl is damn lucky, and her mum's super funky too. it's like who will think of going overseas while other people in the school are still taking their papers? can't wait to see her after she's back (:
and another thing that i can't wait: to get back to school (: post-promos is not that appealing after all cos marking days deprive you of seeing people around in school. i bet a load of people out there are agreeing with me, hoho! in fact i got so bored i met up with shiyi right the day after her promo's over to exchange our mid year papers. we are freaking mad haha! but of course, we didn't manage to get any question done.
