karen's going hongkong for uni next month, she applied for early admission. me fionalee yuanxin spencer and dovanson had dinner with her just now. before that i was wondering how should i face the guys cos i haven't talked to them properly for ages, not like we were very close in p5/p6 but we drifted apart even more after we graduated, plus all five of them were from anglican. haha but it did turn out quite well (: yuanxin still made fun of me upside down but i know in a friendly way :p i guess we are all mature people now.

fiona and i met up first to get karen *ahem* something. can't mention here cos she'll read it i think haha. then we 3 waited for the guys !@#$% lol. then blah blah and we ate at pastmania. then fiona's boyfriend was coming over to fetch her an hour later so ALL of us went kfc to accompany her while she waited.

look at the height difference man. karen said this is the best group photo cos everyone was very natural. that's cos the camera man didn't know how to play around with the camera so we were all laughing at him haha.

but i got a bit sad thinking about the fact that karen's flying off to a new phase of her life, cos i know after her i'll face a hell lot more such situations where all my friends start heading for everywhere around the world. i suddenly remembered what i once told wanqing last time, that though you and your friends may promise that you'll always be there for each other no matter what and blah blah of that sort, many times when you face problems your friends may not be able to help much even if they really want to help. life after all is still about you and only you.

ok not much link haha. i truly wish dearest karen a sunny yellow bright future ahead! i don't know what the future holds for all of us but we shall always bear in mind those days when we were young and pure alright (: if you find it a hard start for you over there, which i hope and believe won't be the case for you, don't forget we live in a high-tech world now haha.

happy father's day to the world's bestestest baba (: i was looking at all the photos we took together ever since i was born. but of course they are too precious to be on display hehe.
