johnny went to germany for training last month and brought back for me postcards! of hamburg, munster, frankfurt etc (:
jingxun went to europe last december and brought back postcards for me too, which i haven't collected from him yet hehe.
my friends go all over the world and look at all the beautiful things on my behalf (:
have been relief teaching at elias park pri for the past few days. i was hoping that pasir ris pri would call me back, haha. i actually kinda miss the children there, and i was hoping to see linda around, then maybe i would meet ely if she happens to go and bring linda home, lol i'm thinking too far. but since epps is within walkable distance from home, that's even better :p having had a bit of prior experience in relief teaching, it seems like this time round i'm feeling less ups and downs. i tried not to shout at the children as much as possible, but sometimes i really couldn't help it. i wonder if all primary school teachers' temper becomes like that after a while. but i still like the children, because i know we all came from that stage too x) and i still think the p1 children are the cutest of all, because they listen to every single thing you say as if you're their goddess :) children start to get rebellious once they get into p3, i think, heh. anyway a girl from the p3 class that i took made me this!:
i think it's supposed to resemble maple leaves, lol so cute(: anyway no teaching today so i can take a break! lunch with wanqing eunice and denise later, eunice said she wants to eat steamboat lol(:
and it has already been a week into may. this year i looked forward to may a bit less than the past years. in fact it feels a bit..scary. lol. i guess it's just another stage that we all have to go through :p
